Licensing Options:
•Monthly License Fee for Private Label Customers
We offer a monthly license fee for our Private Label Customers at
$25.00 per month, per customer account (multiple account discounts available).
The monthly fee includes the user's maintenance subscription.
This arrangement allows for the Bank to generate a revenue annuity by
billing their clients directly.
Typical
scenario:
First Bank of Any Town enrolls in the Private Label Program by obtaining
a desktop license to manage the account. The following month First Bank
enrolls 10 clients, and bills each client $40.00 per month, yet only remits
$25.00 per month to Bank Reconciliation.com Corp.
or
•One
Time 'Desktop' License
Licenses are a one-time, $495.00 fee, per account. The initial
license fee includes a 12 month maintenance subscription.
One time fee Positive Pay licenses are available to end-users and all
banks regardless of their location or program enrollment status.

Note:
All licensees (one per Bank) will need at least one 'Desktop License'
to manage their accounts.
